Users need to follow the given steps carefully and correctly for error-free access to BellSouth email service.

1)    Firstly, users have to open those email readers in which they want to configure the BellSouth email settings.

2)    After that, user should select the option to create an account from your device.

·         If you are using outlook, this option will be in the tools menu.

·         If you are using Mac, the option is in the File menu.

3)    After that, users have to fill the details in the options. The options of details are:

·         In the option display name, user has to type the username which he wants to show on their account.

·         In the Incoming mail (POP) server, select pop.att.yahoo.com.

·         In the Outgoing mail server (IMAP), select smtp.att.yahoo.com.

·         In the incoming mail server, enter POP3.

·         In the incoming mail username, it should be your BellSouth email address.

·         In the outgoing mail username, it should be your BellSouth email address.

·         In the incoming mail port, the number will be 995 and secure connection should be SSL.

·         In the outgoing mail port, select the number 465 and a secure connection have to be SSL.

4)    After all, click on the option save.

5)    The BellSouth email settings are finally and successfully configured.

With the help of the above steps, the user can easily configure the BellSouth email account on any email reader.

Configure BellSouth email settings in an iPhone:

For configuring the BellSouth email settings on iPhone, follow the steps given below:

1)      Go to the settings option on your iPhone.

2)      After this, scroll down and click on the options mails, contacts and calendars.

3)      Choose the option add account shown below iCloud tag.

4)      Choose the option Add mail account and fill the details.

1.      In the option name, enter your name.

2.      In the option email, enter your email address.

3.      In the option password, enter the password which you want.

5)      Click on the button next.

6)      Select IMAP under the incoming mail server and fill the details in the following option given:

In the hostname, enter smtp.mail.att.net

In the username, enter your email address and enter the password.

7)    Go to settings, fill the details under incoming settings.

In the option use SSL, select yes.

In the option server port, enter 993.

8)    fill the details under outgoing settings.

In the option use SSL, enter yes.

In the option server port, enter 465.

9)    Enter the password and this email service successfully configured.
